SOME SHORT CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT OUR FEE POLICY:
The following are some of the most common arrangements which Albei & Albei Law Offices utilizes:
THE FLAT FEE: A common flat fee arrangement is one whereby the full fee for a specified legal service is set at a specific euro amount. Usually, flat fees are charged for a standard service
THE CONTINGENCY FEE: The contingency fee arrangement is one whereby the attorney's compensation is based on a combination between an initial fix retainer and negotiable percentage of any obtained recovery.
THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE: Subscription fees are computed by a monthly subscription with included legal services.This type of fee presupposes a long term contract. The Client pays a fixed charge for a range of established legal services, or, for a number of hours included in the subscription to which supplementary work hour charges may be added. This type of collaboration posseses advantages for Clients who are interested in permanent legal consultancy. Our law firm levies a negotiable subscription fee between 250 and 2000 euros, depending on the complexity of the case(s)/ problems which have to be solved. see below ß

DIE PAUSCHALGEBÜHR: Eine übliche Pauschalgebühr ist eine Anordnung, wonach die volle Gebühr für einen bestimmte Rechtsdienst zu einem bestimmten Euro-Betrag festgelegt. In der Regel sind Pauschalgebühren für ein Standard-Service in Rechnung gestellt.
DER ERFOLGHONORAR: Das Erfolgshonorar ist eine Anordnung, wonach die Staatsanwaltschaft Entschädigung beruht auf einer Kombination zwischen einer ersten Halterung feste und verhandelbar prozentualer Anteil des gewonnenen Verwertung.
DER ABOBEITRAG: Abo-Gebühren werden durch eine monatliche Gebühr berechnet mit inbegriffen Rechtdiensteistungen.Diese Art der Gebühr setzt einen langfristigen Vertrag vor. Der Kunde zahlt eine fixe Gebühr für eine Reihe von etablierten rechtlichen Dienstleistungen, oder für eine Anzahl von Stunden, die im Abonament enthalten sind, auf die zusätzliche Stundenarbeitgebühren hinzugefügt werden können. 2010 April:
Albei & Albei Law Offices has concluded a business partnership with a S.C. EVEDEX S.R.L., a trading company specialized in taking over companies with debts.
S.C. EVEDEX S.R.L. is also specialized in setting up off shore companies. The starting price is 670 Euros.
2010 March:
Albei & Albei Law Offices has started a massive campaign in finding former convicts and prisoners of the former Communist regime who were imprisoned for political reasons between 6th of March 1945 until 22nd of December 1989. The Parliament amended a law which allows them to demand compensation for moral damages from the Romanian state (represented by the Ministry of Public Finance).

Mrs. Mariana Albei represented some former political prisoners in the Communist regime and obtained from the Romanian state moral damages in total amount of over 600,000 euros.
